Levels - defined
Pre-Dance -
Toddlers and younger children interested in learning Irish Dance. Their goal
is to learn the basics of Irish Dance posture, musical timing and step positions.
Beginner -
Dancers still trying to master the basics of Irish Dance. Their goal is to
dance soft shoe to music with correct basics and timing.
Intermediate -
Dancers who have mastered soft shoe basics. Their goal is to dance both soft
and hardshoe to music with the correct basics and timing.
Advanced -
Dancers who have mastered both hard and soft shoe basics. Their goals are to
master more complicated material and compete in Novice and above in a feis.
Champion/Oireachtas -
Dancers competing at a championship level and/or those planing on competing
at the regional Oireachtas.

5:30-7:00 Intermediate/Advanced
7:00-8:00 Adults
